All gowns in the clearance sale are RETIRED RENTALS. They should/will have minimal wear and tear on the hem (i.e. a slightly fuzzy hem.). Any issues beyond a slightly fuzzy hem will be noted with descriptions and pictures. If nothing extra is noted, it means the dress is in excellent used condition.

The Hello Sunshine Hi-Low: Size 12, fits sizes 10-petite 16 at least. Not only does the back lace up like a corset, and the waist is made stretchy, but there's also stretch in the material of the bodice, so this will easily fit a petite teen! The amount of rainbow layers is literally insane, the twirl factor, OMG....would be sooo cute with lace up ballet flats or heck, do a leather jacket and combat boots!! You can really style this however you want, the sky is the limit!! Also, this dress is heavy, about 8 lbs, so please be aware of that if you have a sensitive girl you're thinking of who wants to wear this!
