This separate skirt can be used on its own, or paired over top of one of our shortie dresses!! It's made with sparkly glitter mesh, with a wide ruffle hem, over taffeta, which has a horsehair hem.
The waist is stretchy. At its smallest, unstretched, it's 18". At the widest, it stretches open to 36".
*Length is determined based on the size you order, and is comparable to the length of our "full length" dresses, like a Hadley.
