The Ruffle Skirt:
This separate skirt can be used on its own, or paired over top of one of our shortie dresses!! The lace is adorned with stars and moons (which from afar looks like big glitter) and adds the perfect amount of shine! The skirt is one layer of lace over taffeta, with horsehair hem.
The waist is stretchy. At its smallest, unstretched, it's 18". At the widest, it stretches open to 36".
*Length is determined based on the size you order, and is comparable to the length of our "full length" dresses, like a Hadley.
