The bodice is soft AND sparkly, because it's our favorite fabric, "velvet sequins"...the velvet part is black and the sequins are Hot Pink! The skirt is our "fairy floss" style, crazy full and twirly, swirly, ruffle-y!!! And of course, "max full".... The back is our famous lace-up style with stretchy waist, so the sizing is SUPER versatile. We've put this on a 5 year old and it was adorably "ankle length", all the way up to a 12 yr old where it was knee length!
