The Twirly Skirt:
This separate skirt can be used on its own, or paired over top of one of our shortie dresses!! It's made with the softest mesh, hemmed with horsehair braid, which is what gives it that twirly look we all love! This version is what we consider "half full". You can stack two half full skirt, one on top of the other, to make a max full skirt if you wish! It's a fun way to have two colors!
Stats:
Waist: 18" unstretched, which is about a 3T, with a max opening of 36" when fully stretched. (To see this skirt shown on me (a 40 year old, adult size Large, please check out our social media!)
Length: Approx 15" from waist to hem.
