The Glitzy Gown in Bright Emerald Green is a sweetly sparkling confection of glitter tulle over taffeta, both layers with a horsehair hem and a tutu sewn in for max poof! Center ruching on the bodice add an extra touch of feminine detail, and the back laces up like a corset and the waist is stretchy, so the sizing is super versatile!
