This is a retired rental and may have wear and tear, not visible in photos though.
Accessories (i.e. headbands, headpieces, wings, shoes, hoops skirt, sashes) are NOT included.
The Sapphire Shortie is our new style with an insanely ruffled skirt, seriously, soooo many twirls and ruffles, this is my new favorite!!! It's a size 14 and has a lace-up back and stretchy waist, and will easily fit sizes 10-16.
The lace is a royal blue with glittery stars scattered throughout, paired over navy taffeta to give it a deep, rich color.
-This dress has a lace-up back and stretchy waist, so the sizing is SUPER versatile.
-Tutu is sewn in for poof!
